Peoria’s Joe Sirakis has been decorating his home for more than a decade and this year’s effort is his biggest yet. It involves 36,315 lights, 60 handpainted wooden cutouts of Disney characters like Winnie the Pooh and Tigger, bubble and show machines, and a 25-foot-tall mega-tree topped with Mickey Mouse’s outline.
